Terms of Use & Disclaimer

1. Role and Service Scope

Cupofix is an independent information and deal discovery platform that aggregates and provides coupons, vouchers, and promotional campaigns from domestic and international e-commerce retailers free of charge.

Cupofix is not a retailer, merchant, or seller. We do not process orders, collect payments, sell physical or digital goods, or handle product shipments.

2. Coupon Validity & Disclaimer

All coupon codes, discount rates, and promotional terms listed on our service are sourced from third-party retailers and affiliate networks:

• Merchant Discretion: Retailers (e.g., Trendyol, Amazon, etc.) reserve the right to modify, cancel, or terminate voucher codes, campaign durations, or basket thresholds without prior notice.
• No Absolute Warranty: Cupofix cannot guarantee 100% success on every single transaction, though we provide verification timestamps (verified_at) and test codes regularly.
• Final Checkout Terms: The definitive price, applied voucher discount, and shipping fees are determined exclusively at the merchant's checkout step. Cupofix accepts no liability for unapplied discounts.

3. External Referral Links

Buttons such as "GET CODE" or "VIEW DEAL" redirect users to partner merchant websites (e.g., via our /git/[id] redirect bridge). Third-party websites operate under their own privacy policies and terms of use.

4. Trademarks & Fair Use

All merchant brand names, logos, and trademarks appearing on Cupofix belong to their respective trademark holders. Their presentation on our platform is solely to identify the retailer and offer under fair use doctrines.
